Last year, when COVID shut down all travel, we had to triage a big client video project that was supposed to be filmed on location. We solved the problem, and in the course of doing so better defined a new deliverable. The process also gave birth to an idea for a video series: simple talking head videos with cool art and animations moving around the speaker. This kind of approach adds a personal touch to your message and helps to make sense of complicated topics and initiatives (or anything important or newsworthy in general).
I can't share the client project, but we finally finished the first installment of "Two Minutes of Tremendousness", wherein we take a maximum of 120 seconds to explain complex things like information design, virtual collaboration, and more.
