Heidi is a born explorer. An active listener with an always-questioning approach, she loves to discover new places and help her clients uncover new potential. As an experienced strategist with a diverse background in visual communication, workplace strategy, and change management, Heidi is driven to find creative solutions to complex business challenges. Prior to joining Tremendousness, Heidi was a client service and account director at Maga Design. She has also previously held senior consulting roles at Jones Lang LaSalle and DEGW, specializing in workplace and real estate strategy.
Heidi holds a BS in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University. She is an avid traveler who has lived and worked in New York, Charlotte, and Sydney, Australia prior to settling in Washington, DC with her husband, Matt, and their two sons.
